RO Expansion

Due to an requirement for an increased in production we were asked to provide a solution for expanding an existing RO plant.

After a full design study, the solution was to add and new loop to the existing plant. This was achieved by removing parts of the plant and installing a six-vessel loop onto a new bespoke mounting frame within a small footprint. The design study exposed the need for an increased feed pressure, an extra boost pump to meet the new requirement was specified and installed.

At the same time, we replaced and upgraded the CIP heating shell and tube to exceed the new heating demanded caused by the installation of the new loop.
